WHO DO WE ASSIST?
Grandparents that have custody of their grandchild(ren) and single dads that have custody of their child(ren).
HOW DO WE ASSIST?
We provide items for each child or the family 1x month for the duration of the assistance. These items are relevant to the month/season and the child/guardian often can select their preferences for the gifts. A one-time purchase can be made that benefits the family, as well.
HOW DO I APPLY FOR ASSISTANCE?
Go to our Contact Us page from the tab above and complete the form. You can also contact us by phone or email. The phone number is 844-91-ANGEL (844-912-5435) and the email is [email protected]. Just let us know that you want to apply for assistance.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM SELECTED FOR ASSISTANCE?
Once you request to apply, you will be asked a few questions and also be asked to forward a few documents to us. These documents include a photo ID, proof of income, and court documents or reference letters. After we receive everything, it usually takes less than 5 days for the Executive Board to make a decision.
